If you have been to gorgeous Old Town Fort Collins in Northern Colorado, then you probably have visited Coopersmith’s Brew Pub. Coopersmith’s was one of the first brew pubs in Colorado founded in 1989. Colorado ranks 3rd in number of microbreweries per capita. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_breweries_in_Colorado
My brother-in-law Chris O’Mara has been at Coopersmith’s since the 1990s and is now one of the 3 owners. I was recently at Coopersmith’s to take some new photographs for their social media and website.
Coopersmith’s is a great place to visit when you are in Fort Collins! The back patio overlooks Old Town Square which is pedestrianized and has a great open space for concerts. The restaurant is family friendly and has a huge yummy menu…our favorites are the artichoke dip and the fish & chips! There are lots of great beers to try out that are brewed right there; you can view the brewers at work through the glass inside the restaurant pub-side. Poolside has great pizza and a good number of pool tables. It’s great for wedding rehearsal dinners and events!
Enjoy!
